The dance program was great for fitness and fun. Lucy the instructor led the class step by step and all online classes were recorded in case people couldn’t participate live.

This was a class I looked forward to every week. I enjoyed the warm up as well. It was fun! it moved at the right pace In terms of learning new steps, the moves were explained well, the moves could be adapted. Lucy was great. It was my long life dream to learn the Rhythm nation routine. I couldn’t attend live so I loved that I could do these classes when it suited my schedule. Great dance class. Thanks!

Love my weekly dance sessions with Lucy. So great I can rewatch the routine in the private Facebook group as I need the practice. Already anticipating what crazy moves Lucy will have for us in the next round of classes. So much fun. ❤️
